I am Stephanie Joseph, the founder and owner of Above and Beyond Social Services, where we specialize in providing fiduciary services, particularly for Veterans Affairs (VA) clients. With over two decades of experience in financial management, healthcare operations, and business leadership, I am committed to delivering trusted, ethical, and personalized fiduciary services to those who need them most.

Before launching Above and Beyond, I spent 12 years as an Operations Manager for an Adult Day Healthcare Center, where I oversaw daily operations, compliance, and financial management to ensure the highest standard of care for clients. Prior to that, I served for five years as an Executive in an Adult Home Health company, where I helped develop financial strategies and operational efficiencies to support in-home healthcare services. My career began in the financial services sector, where I worked as a District Manager for a financial services company specializing in check cashing and money management solutions. In this role, I gained extensive experience in financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and risk management—skills that have been invaluable in my fiduciary work today.

With my combined background in healthcare, finance, and operations, I understand the complexities of managing financial affairs for individuals who require fiduciary services.
